Pets, Shopping Highlight New Rochelle's Dogs Days Of Summer Event

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- An evening of music, shopping, art and more will be held on the third Wednesday of the month, from August to November at New Rochelle's Memorial Plaza during Downtown New Rochelle's Dog Days of Summer, presented by PopRocs.

After the Dog Days of Summer event on Aug. 19, an after party will be held at Recologie.

On Wednesday, Aug. 19, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., guests are invited to bring their pets and meet Mesh Print Studio, for live screenprinting; Maya Menon, for artistic pet drawings; Barking Bones, for pet coutoure and more; Mateo Mattia, for leather goods; New Rochelle Arts Collective, living room: theater; Brutalhonestees, for feminist apparel; free pet photography and more.

99 Sublime Collective will be present to perform live music. An after party will take place at Recologie, as well as PopRocs specials at Alvin & Friends and McKiernan's.
